"Mason is one hard working individual, the wash was down on 2-10-24 temporarily causing issues for a ton of other customers like myself. Even with the issue he apologized with a good smile on his face and when I saw the smile it made my day. For the inconvenience, he gave me a free Victory Car Wash air freshener with a QR code on the back of it offering a free wash. The wash was great and the air freshener smelt amazing, reminds me of a cherry dry erase marker which I enjoy a lot."

"Not impressed. Gave it a try today and paid for full service with the leather cleaning. The front seats were fine, however the back was not. I ended up cleaning the back when I got home after work. After they told me my car was ready the two guys that worked on my car magically disappeared and I didn’t have the time to find them. I won’t be returning."

"Went to Victory Car Wash on 7/1/2023 to see how they operate. The car wash had several issues: - one of the belts was not working and they had to fix it…. - once fixed, I selected my car wash and the kiosk was not accepting the card - gate was opened and an attendant told me that the kiosk was not working and that he can accept the payment The attendant was serviceable and in a short period of time, he collected the monies for the service and gave me the receipt. As soon as I got to the entrance of the tunnel, the odor was not the best, it smell like mildew. The car wash was good, but some of the machines used leave stains on the car. They have drying and vacuum area. The prices are reasonable."
