"Since we’ve moved here, I have used Volvo Cars of Sarasota multiple times for warranty and other services. This last experience was a pinnacle. I lost my AC and the tech found that there was impact damage to the condenser. Jimmy from service let me know that this is normally covered by Comprehensive insurance since it was from debris falling from a truck on the highway. He helped me through dealing with the insurance coverage and adjusters and gave me a loaner for the duration even though this wasn’t typical. I cannot speak more highly of the service and staff, especially Jimmy, from this dealer. Thanks all!"

"So done with this place for service. 2nd time I have been in there, and BOTH times the service advisor up front was for lack of better wording, just a snot... perhaps I am not snobby enough for him. I took my 18 S90 in for routine services, and actually had the audacity to ask questions about the maintenance and pricing for my car. The response I got, was either that they had no clue how to address my issues (headlight aiming), or that "Its a premium car". This guy seems to really not like his job, and I would suggest he find another.... but, I do not care, as I will never step foot in this dealership again. I have owned many Volvo's and this is by far the most obnoxious dealership service center I have ever been too"
