They proceeded to ask me about all of the issues I was having with my vehicle. Fortunately, those problems only consisted of needing new brakes, rotors, and outer tie rods. They were even happy to answer a few questions about the quality of parts they use and recommend. I left and came back only about six hours later to again meet Jose who proceeded to go on a test drive with me to ensure my problems were solved.
