"Had road service come put a belt on truck. At the same time I ordered some extra parts for my truck & was charged over $300 from original dealer price. Prior to ordering parts i asked if parts were being bought at freightliner only because i know someone there that gives me great prices and i was told NO from Mobicare. ( they ordered from freightliner) Tech who came out was very professional & put 2 belts, but a little late after being told they would arrive in 1.5hrs from the time i made the appointment. Being that said, DONT ORDER EXTRA STUFF IF YOU REALLY DONT NEED IT. Wait until you get to a dealer and buy it yourself!! Having years under my belt i was expecting between low 800 to no more than $900 for the total job/order. NOT 1347.37. If it wasn't for the upcharge they added to the parts they dropped off being that they were coming to put 2 belts anyways my total price would have been between the 800-900 mark like expected."

"We have always gotten competent service, and sometimes they have been outstanding.. Sometimes the communication could be better, and they don't always get our work done as quickly as we want it. Beats the heck out of us trying to fix our big trucks with our own personnel, that's for sure."
