I was at my wit's end with the undiagnosed transmission and check engine lights of my Ford Escape when I brought it to Nathan's on a blind whim. The vehicle coincidentally broke down nearby, so I figured it was worth a last ditch effort before paying for an astronomical tow back to Clearwater. I didn't expect much seeing as I already received inaccurate diagnosis from my usual mechanic, transmission shop, and even the Ford dealership. However, the technicians at Nathan's Automotive quickly exceeded my expectations with their expertise! I only partially described the issues of the car and the technicians already assessed all the possible causes. The auto shop replaced the heater outlet, reservoir tank, hose assembly, and the transmission cooler control valve. They provided updates throughout every step of the process and were very transparent with pricing. I highly recommend this auto shop and will definitely come back again in the future!"

"These guys saved me from spending $1200. Brandon Honda told me my starter was broken, when I only needed to replace the battery. I took my car to Nathan's and they verified there was no issue with the starter, and if there were, would only charge around $500. My car has been driving fine so Nathan's Auto was right. I also left my purse in my car with all my credit cards, no one touched anything. This is an honorable business. Give them a chance."
