On my first visit on 10/1/16, I brought in a 10 year old car I was thinking of buying to see if there were major issues or concerns. Quickly, they gathered some information - within 10 minutes, they had the car up on the rack. Once they reviewed the car in depth, we were given a very complete "tour" of potential trouble spots - and what they might mean, as well as the positive technical points, and what they meant. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and completed a very thorough evaluation of the car in very reasonable time.
