When I requested they mail it to me, there were extra charges for extended warranties and maintenance. My fault! Update.... I decided to address my issue directly with Shannon, who is the Finance manager. She completely understood where the miscommunication was and corrected the issue right away. Thanks a bunch Shannon!"
