"THE COMPANY OWNER refused to give me the Payment Receipt, he only gave me the Quote by email and printed it AFTER I had completed the Repair of my car that cost more than $800.00. THE COMPANY OWNER yelled at me, tore the paper printed with the Estimated from my hands, and yelled at me in front of other clients that I only wanted the Payment Receipt for my tax return. (It seems that HE was angry about that, it is my right to have a receipt of what I pay). The BUSINESS OWNER was rude, aggressive, hysterical, and only retaliated against me for being a Woman. On the other hand, when I compare the auto parts that changed with the prices of Autozone, PepBoys, etc., they charged me well above the normal market price. The mechanic on site is excellent and friendly is the only good thing I can say.
