"As I’ve been there several times I live in the area. My wife also takes her car there number one I showed up it took them and I had it on my stopwatch. By the way it took them 22 minutes once I pulled in and unlocked my hood.to ask for service your store manager was too busy blowing leaves trying to spruce up the place. Also I’m a retired Marine Corps individual. I’m very observant all they were running around doing was cleaning the place and saying to each other the big vice president‘s coming in today we got to make sure things look good but yet for sure not a five minute oil change, and I will say the gentleman that took care of me his name was X was very helpful and at the end Edgar was helpful, but it took me 33 minutes once I pulled into the bay till I exited. Also, I watched as usual no one checked my air pressure. They told me my windshield wipers are in good shape. I didn’t see them touch them at all. I had them 10 months ago purchased from you also, he said my transmission fluid looked great. I never saw him pull the stick on the transmission fluid so I will say, what a joke but the vice president comes first your place looks like a bunch of chicken with their heads cut off running around, trying to clean the place up while two customers pulled in behind me. Nobody went to their car and they pulled back out. what a joke I will never visit that establishment again nor my wife"
