"If I could give -5 stars I would. My car was at this shop for months in 2022. I had a payment plan which I came into the shop and paid the entire thing in full. They NEVER finished the repairs as they promised and when I called to schedule them to finish the repair they hung up on me. I paid over $1500 for work that was unfinished. Now I’m getting calls from debt collection agencies because American Muscle lied and said I didn’t pay it in full when I have the receipts showing I did. Will be taking this to court. DO NOT GO HERE! AWFUL SERVICE!"

"An extreme lack of communication skills from this place. My gf car was there for 8 days, mostly due to difficulty getting the correct parts for the repairs. They never answered the phone when we called for an update, nor did they ever call to give us an update, except once after we called and left a voicemail message, and when I went to check the progress in person, I was told 3 times, it would be ready the next day, and it was actually the next week, when all was said and done. So far it looks like they did good work and I understand sometimes it can be difficult to locate a part, but have the decency to either call your customers with an accurate estimate time or answer your phone."
