"Referred to this company for auto body work. I was scheduled for an appt on July 6 and not contacted to reschedule due to storm. Upon calling (both Monday and Tuesday) to find out when I should bring in vehicle I was informed he wasn't taking vehicles in this week due to storm. I informed him that I had called the day before to find out a time to bring it in. I was also informed that his computer had not even been opened up (this was 11:30 am on Tuesday). I responded to Roland and reminded him that HE scheduled ME for this day. At this time he immediately began screaming at me over the phone regarding a personal matter and told me to find somewhere else to take my car. Roland could have had business next week had he explained immediately of his personal matter in a professional manner. I am compassionate to a persons situation but not when being screamed at as a new customer. Very unprofessional and will never get a referral from me."

"Roland and the team did a fantastic job on my late model truck. They are "attention to detail" freaks! Not only did they do the job I asked them to do, but they also went the extra mile to correct some work that another body shop did recently at no cost to me because they did not want someone else's "substandard" work making them look bad.
