"Went to one advance Auto they told me they had the parts. Got there they didn't have the parts. Told me I had to go down the street they had him down the street at the next door. The next door did not have them. Ordered the parts to be delivered the next day. Was told I would be called when they came in. So I sat there and waited and waited until I finally gave up and went down to get my parts. And apparently they have favorites and come in that when even though they're waiting on you they'll just stop what they're doing and go take care of them. And then they Park their vehicles wherever they want to block you in to where it's hard to get in and out of the parking lot. But don't worry I will not be back."

He went the extra mile and spent probably 30-minutes scrubbing build-up off the terminals in my old car, commenting that he "always tries to leave things better than he found them."
