"I wish I could give 0 stars. I have now missed 5 days of work bc the SAME tire keeps going flat. The first time they said they forgot to put some kind of seal on it??? Second time similar excuse. Said they can’t find any holes or anything both times. I called today asking to speak to a manager and the front desk kept saying “I can’t do anything” bc the manager is not in today. Then he needs to come in and fix it. So I’m supposed to keep missing my work bc they can’t fix an ongoing issue that is theirs!? Absolutely WORST experience I’ve ever had."

"I have bought tires from here for years. Today requested patch on tire. Refused. Stated I need 4 new tires due to cutting. I have never heard of cuttng. They say the tires are not round and will cause bumpy tide. My car rides extremely smoothly. Total sham and I will be taking my car and my husbands car elsewhere from now on. Ridiculous customer service."

"The store owner/manger or what ever he was Lenoard was very disrespectful. Little to no communication or clue to what goes on at this place. I brought my vehicle in for a simple alignment and drop it off for about 3 hours. I was told it was done and went to check out. I asked for an alignment print out thankfully before paying and all they did was set the toe everything else was in the read as the same when I brought the vehicle in zero change. I am not paying for a half a** job for as much as it cost for an alignment now a days. I’d expect everything in the green areas, Especially after replacing all ball joints and control arm bushings there should be no issues in doing this. I also got word that Lenoard told said mechanic to do a half a** job. Place is a joke would not recommend to anyone, in need of a real manager."
