"My experience with this location Caliber was very disappointing. A very very long story that I will try to summarize for value: - My insurance referred me to caliber for repair. During this time supplies were on back order so they didn’t get everything delivered in time so I was told to pick up my vehicle, and I could come back when the remaining parts were in. Parts came in and I took my car back in for 2 days then to find out they forgot to paint one of the parts and it would be several days before I could pick it up because they had to schedule someone to come out and test the sensors. At this point, I picked my car up and told him I would bring it back once it was scheduled for the calibration. - Fast forward a few months and I called to let them know that I wanted to make sure that I got the calibration scheduled, the sensor painted and put on, and that the front bumper that they had just repaired was starting to crack. Another auto repair shop told me that this was due to them not sanding down the bumper before they painted it and when they did that, it resulted in poor quality. - The new manager, although a bit sarcastic, agree to repair the bumper and complete all the other work. - A week or so goes by and I had not heard from the location. I call and got the runaround for a little bit until I demanded to speak to the manager. The manager comes on the phone and let me know that my car should be ready the following day. - The following day arrives, and I get another phone call to advise the location has lost all parts to my vehicle. And everything would need to be re-ordered. At this time I was offered a rental for the next few days as they waited for the replacement parts to come in. - Few days pass, I called to confirm pick up and was told to come the next day. When I arrived, I was greeted by the manager who walked me over to get my vehicle only to find out they lost the keys. (I promise I can’t make this stuff up.) - After finding my keys, I was ready to leave and decided to do one final walk around on my vehicle. I am glad I did because there were areas that still needed to be buffed and looked like they were unfinished. The manager immediately had someone fix the issue. Here are my takeaways with this Caliber, ensure the person working on your vehicle is knowledgeable about parts and repair time, call constantly for updates as their follow up and updates are an opportunity for them, always leave your tracker in your vehicle (because I left that part out)."

"Janice and Tim are professional and detail oriented. I would definitely recommend caliber auto body shop. They repaired my Toyota tundra perfectly and it looks like a brand new truck now!"

"The Caliber collision on Gunn hwy called me 3 days before the car was supposed to be finished and told me it was ready. I did not pick up the car until the next day, which gave them plenty of time to finalize everything. The car looks like it was half put together and no one worried about the detailed which is a concern I express to the insurance and the shop. I was advised by the Traveler's auto adjusters to express my concerns to the collision shop and give them an opportunity to fix it. The only assurance Kenneth had was the work was guaranteed and the shop wasn't going anywhere. I got home and found more things wrong with the car it. Seems like no final walk through was done and the shop is waiting for me to point things out and they will fix them as I find them. I can imagine the type of work that's done in the inside of the car if the outside looks like that and they okay with giving the owner back the car. The shop does not take pride in service they provide. Even me not being an expert on cars or collision or body work. I can tell you. The work was not done properly and if I can see that on the outside. I can't imagine what the inside looks."

"My purpose for taking my car to Caliber is because of an insurance claim. GEICO made it easy by selecting them for me. I am glad they did. From the moment I dropped my car off to when I picked it up… the experience was great. Janice provided exceptional concierge service that was very personal and professional. I never worried about what was going on with the repair. She made sure I was informed ever step of that way. "Did a terrible job gave aftermarket part after guaranteeing that it would all be oem and new and put on the bill for the insurance. bad paint job so much drip left on corners so when it's hot out can literally leave indents in the paint gave it to me with a big scratch on the hood then took it back to buff it and left swirls all over still have mechanical issues brought the car back and all they did was talk down to me and gave me back the car with broken parts and originally broken stuff from the accident got tired of having to go back for them to do nothing so they told me to take pictures and email them just for them to still ignore it most of the parts don't line up and turns out they didn't even complete repairs went to the dealer turns out my break system is completely broken even though I mentioned it when I first got the car back so now it's causing additional damages"
