"I am completely astonished at the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism that I encountered during my take 5 visit. Luis was so rude and unprofessional, cursing loudly while he was servicing other vehicles, and didn’t even greet me, or ask me what the purpose of my visit was. SO unprofessional and it made my whole experience just horrible. I have been a customer for many years, but don’t know if I will be returning due to my experience. I am a very dissatisfied customer. Luis needs to go back to training on how to be professional, and how to treat and talk to people."

"I’ve been going for years to this location and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately this last time I went I was not to thrilled with the customer service. I won’t name the employee but he sulked to my car without even a “hello” “how are you?” “what can we do for you today?” Just said “mileage?” And then began to speak to me as though I was a child because I was over on my mileage (which I was already aware considering I have been out of town.) I understand wanting to educate people on proper car maintenance but when he said to me “if you don’t maintain your car you might as well kiss your engine goodbye” in a very condescending tone well it makes me wonder about the customer service of this place."

"Went to the Take 5 I’ve been to before and woke up with oil leaking when I moved my car there was a larger puddle of oil under my car. Didn’t feel like messing with a coupon for next time. Just took it to a mechanic that will be fixing it. Never going back to Take 5."

"I’ve been coming here for a while and the service is usually good but today it was spectacular. Got a bottle of water, Kevin and Thomas were fantastic and showed me all parts of the process and even let me know that my back windshield wiper had broken. Great team!"
