"Called on Monday night to see if they could get me in, told me no, they only had 1 technician in, made me an appointment for 8 am Thursday. I get there Thursday early as suggested and guess what no appointment. Went to Oil Masters much faster no wait, no appointment."

"I was greeted by no one, no one at the desk,I had to knock on the window to get acknowledged. The morning manager on duty has no customer service skills. She would not check to see how much longer my car would be. She was unfamiliar with the texting system to notify me when my car would be ready. 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The additional help that came in was very courteous and helpful."

"Waited 2 and 1/2 hours for my oil to get changed. They apologized and said one employee went home in the middle of working on someone else's car and the other one was on lunch break... it was after 7pm when she said that and they closed at 7pm, so I'm not sure what kind of lunch break that was.... they have no professional Courtesy at all. Prices are reasonable, but I'd rather spend more to get out and on with my day in a decent time."

"You have to check the prices. What it says where the item is stocked is not always what it rings up at the register. If you have a price increase , change those on the floor not just the register and website. Every time I it happens to me I complain. I was told they don't have enough help. No my problem. If you can stock the shelves, you can change those sticker prices attached to the shelves."

"Joe our mechanic and the service help were great. He was very informative about our truck. The manager stayed open for us to be the last customer. Great and quick experience. They price was better than what we had been paying saved us 30%"
