"I got my car towed here after being rear ended in a car accident. I saw the good reviews and trusted them. I was pretty highly disappointed w/ the service I received on my car here. My car was in the shop for 110 days. I realize this is not all their fault as the supplies took an extended period of time to ship. When I finally got my car back, my car battery was still completely dead (he did come replace it after the fact but still inconvenient and annoying). Also my windshield had a massive crack in it that wasn’t there prior to accident. Like someone accidentally dropped something on my car. Both of my head rests were blown out in the accident, they did not replace them. After 110 days in the shop, I’m unsure why there wasn’t time to at least replace them. I’ve been in contact w: the owner and it’s accomplished nothing. They don’t seem concerned about it because the car still runs. I was disappointment w/ the quality of service, lack of communication, and that my car was not completely fixed in that amount of time."
