"We purchased our vehicle through this dealer and both times we have had it serviced and the tires rotated they have not set the correct tire pressure. The vehicle calls for 60psi front and 80psi rear, the most recent time we dropped it off I specifically told my associate to ensure the correct tire pressure is set and it was not. I was even told prior to leaving when I asked “was the tire pressure correctly set” my associate assured me it was. With experience working in the automotive world I understand not to rush the jobs and I waited patiently for 2.5 hours for a tire rotation and an oil change and this detail was missed. Other than that the service associates were extremely professional and the waiting area was nice."

I was warmly greeted by Ms. Levita who passed me off to service advisor Mr. Dirk. They were extremely professional and courteous. I advised Mr. Dirk of my appointment and my overall intentions for the visit. He reassured me that I would be taken care of and if any recommendations came from the mechanics he would communicate that with me. "1 star it’s too much, Please don’t bring your truck to this place the sale part yes buy your car but don’t make maintenance on bill Currie the attendant was really rude jasmine, they got my truck for 10 days not once they asked if a needed my truck or a complimentary one, I bring it for recalls they solve those, I bring my car at 10,000 miles like the app and car says they told me that you need to bring it every 5,000 because the included oil change on the maintance it’s non-synthetic so well, at the end on the first maintenance I notice that the truck screen was having troubles crashing freezing, they told me that the person that can fix those was on vacation that on next maintain they will take a look, o. The 15,000 maintenance they told me another excuse basically the same on the 3rd maintenance they try to fix it but no success and told me to cal ford because they don’t have a fix for it, the manager was incredibly rude a guy with the suit that runs that office told me that I was a lien because oh, they damaged my car on the door and handles wrap it’s damaged, well they told me that they gonna be responsible just for one handle and that’s it to bring a invoice of that repair, thank you I’m gonna do it my self, and well at the end making a complaint and going to all legal consulting I can to solve this problem! Oh they charge me anyways like $700 for a tire and alignment and cabin filter (yes the maintenance you get with the truck it’s just oil change) worry about the ethics on this company they need to see what’s going on oh, the manager not once told me I’m sorry, going home with the problems and a $700 less in my pocket and $2000 in damages. "This place is great. I’ve been coming here for years. I made my appointment for an oil change and stopped in. It did take a minute for the porter go check in my truck, and that was the longest part of the check in process. I proceeded to my service advisor, who was great, personable and professional. They got my truck in, and out in 30 minutes. Great outstanding group of people."
