"Used to love this place but it’s become a $$ generating machine - left the car overnight for brake and oil change and an engine cover gasket replacement. Got a call in the morning that hey the car won’t start and needs the battery to be replaced as well. Little did they know that the battery was just installed 2 months back - basically trying to upsell. Started driving and within a week the wheels started squealing like hell. Gave them a week more thinking the pads were getting smoothened but it just got worse day by day . Went back and asked them to take a look and mechanic says very casually - well your tires are separating and it’s not the front tires but your back brakes that need replacement. Didn’t pay attention so went ahead and replaced the back brakes as well. Well - a day later squealing returns and this time told them to make sure you guys even replaced the front brakes the first time. This time they came up with a defective pad excuse when I know they never changed the brakes since you can tell when you newer brakes and when not. Sadly will not return back because it feels it’s all about making money off the customer and they have open wallets to do it. Do the right thing the first time and you will have ever loyal customers."

"I enjoyed my experience with Pep Boys. Car repairs are never fun, however, they did make it painless and very, VERY fast. Because of all the things my truck needed, I was sure it would take a few days. They were done in HOURS & she runs great. I didn't miss one day of work! I'll definitely be using them in the future for my repair needs."

"RUN, RUN, RUN! They are CRIMINALS! Bought 4 new Michelin tires. Came later than told. They installed them and next day I traveled to Orlando with my family. The car started shaking really bad over 60mph. Took it back. They fix it. Loss bolt? Six month later I got a flat tire. Took it to another tire store. The guy asked me, did you know your tires where installed the opposite way? See rotation arrows in pics pointing backwards. On a rainy day the tracking wouldn't be safe at all."
