"At first he seemed eager to help me. Told me he could potentially fix the gate of a box truck until parts arrived. That was over a week ago. I’ve text. Left voicemails. No reply. No call back. My gate is still broken and the truck is used everyday. Could’ve at least said he couldn’t do it or he was busy. But no call no reply? That’s bad for business and I had to share. Hope he is in good health at least."

"JD is super efficient, super quick and was on time! He's very personable and extremely knowledgable. I had to walk away for about 10 minutes and he'd already removed my airbag and was in the process of getting other tools out of his trailer. He and I spoke for for a while and he didn't charge me for talking time (like the shops will), for talking phone calls (like the shops do), and he was more than fair on his prices (unlike the shop's). The other places I called were upwards of double for parts, added an extra 10% to labor, and wanted me in shop in order to "figure it out". ***PEOPLE, GIVE HIM YOUR VIN NUMBERS!!!*** Make a call for yourself and find the part numbers!! Help him, help you!! I would totally recommend JD to anyone and everyone. He's a great dude and really chill. He definitelyknow his stuff."

"Last Friday night, my rear tire ran over something sharp and it literally deflated within 15 minutes before my eyes. All the tire shops were closed, so I called Jason to see if he could help me, since I had to drive out of town the next morning. He answered immediately and said he could come over within 30 minutes. He arrived promptly and fixed my flat tire on the spot. Additionally, he charged me a very reasonable fee for the service, and especially for coming out late on a Friday evening.
