"I had several oil leaks on my Audi A6 3.2 engine. My oil change guy refused to work on them as he previously fumbled 2 previous attempts. My Audi specialist was too busy before the holidays. Ryan and his team took my A6 in within a day and did everything I asked of them and then some. They performed immaculate work on my car, fixed all of the oil leaks, replaced my brake pads and rotors which I've been trying to schedule with my Audi specialist for a while, and left the car clean after the repair. Ryan was even honest with me about the screwups to my car from the previous shops.
