"Two times I visit them, first time car need a oil sensor change, car stay in a shop for a day and they didn't find the right tool to get bolt removed to change a sensor so they didn't change anything , return car to me as is, one day time wasted. Second time my car is overheating , I stop by and they told me that my car engine need to be replaced... in reality I stop by shop next door, get bottle of water, pour in a car ( I noticed small coolant leak, so no coolant that's why car is overheating) and still driving this car ., its about a month and no signs of problems with the engine.... Sorry, but I wouldn't go third time. Not impressed."

"I had a very positive experience with Herchanics. I needed to finally get my suspension done and they gave me a great price and great service. We had planned to do an entire strut assembly, but they found that the coils were still in good shape and didn't need replaced. They also diagnosed another potential problem with my control arms and we were able to get that done as well. If you are like me and like to support local small businesses, this is another good one!"

"Herchanics was amazing! They were able to get a lot of work done in a short amount of time. We brought our car in on Friday and not knowing what was wrong with the car. By later that afternoon we had an estimate and guy the helping us was amazing and told us he was working on getting us parts for cheaper. Which he did!! Then had all brakes, tie rods, new tire, new battery, a new PIN for the wheel and some other things all done and ready for us by mid Monday. They even stayed open late for us to come and get the car. They cleaned the car for us and gave it a wash down! The car never looks so good. (We play beach volleyball and there was a lot of sand in the car.) Great people to work with and will definitely be back!"
