"They’re the best! Honest and affordable. I called what seemed like every mechanic in the area to compare prices, and they were the cheapest. I wasn’t 100% sure that I knew what was wrong with my car, but I was ready to throw parts at it on a hail mary because every other place charges so much for diagnosing the issue properly. He could’ve totally taken advantage of that and just did what I asked initially in hopes that I’d pay more to diagnose after. Instead he offered to diagnose it, at no extra cost, before putting any parts on to confirm that it would really fix the issue. It did end up needing another part that was easy to do at the same time as the other ones. So he saved me hundreds of dollars in labor by not having to do it in separate trips.
