"Passage Key by Bird Island off Anna Maria. The clearest water... we saw sharks and a barracuda. The best place to anchor and relax on the boat, as it wasn't too crowded today."

For boaters there are several great venues on the water for food and drinks. The fishing in-shore and near-shore is productive just about year round...ps. keep an eye for dolphins and manatees ; -)"
