"This is not a great location… The staff are friendly but extremely slow. It took o my ver an hour for an oil change. It took 15 minutes to go get the filter from an auto parts store and then it was close to an hour for the oil change. They struggled to put in the new filter, but rather than tell us, they just let us sit and wonder what was going on."

"Spilled oil all over the battery and didn't wipe it off or tell me. My car was smoking and almost caught on fire."

"This Jiffy Lube is terrible. The district’s manager Garrett did my oil change I asked for synthetic oil which included them checking my filters. After checking a filter inside my car Garrett informed me my filter should be changed. Being that my oil change was $109 dollars plus tax i said don’t worry about it I’ll have to get it changed another time. I’ll be back for that needless to say somehow a leaf got into my filter compartment which they had to remove the glove box to get to. The very next day i went in to have it fixed Garrett wasn’t there and the girl trying to help informed me she wasn’t really experienced. With this knowledge i told her that I would wait for Garrett who I immediately called after pulling out. We agreed for me to come in on Monday so he could fix it. Needless to say i left with a whistling coming my air conditioning. I called to inform this of my concern once again and Garrett stated they fixed the problem then they tried to fix the problem then according to my email i put in I didn’t want them to fix the issue ( email i sent because Garrett stated he couldn’t give me the number to his supervisor’s supervisor) which Garrett at first claimed they didn’t even have. Needless to say i will never be going back and will be holding Jiffy Lube fully responsible for any issues concerning my Air conditioning. So glad o have everything recorded. Can’t speak for all of their locations but Bradenton location is not the one to visit and if Garrett tries to help you run fast and far. Now Garrett here is me fully refusing you guys help on my 2020 Ford Fusion"
