"Unfortunately, I misread my appointment date. I showed up 1 week early. Which meant the first available appointment was 13 business days. Too long for windshield wipers not always working on a brand new car. Staff was very friendly and advised me it would be a few hours before they could look at it. When I didn't hear anything after 3.5hrs I started calling. It took 5 calls over the next 3hrs (with message left) to finally get the service rep to call me back. Disappointing."
"SAVE YOUR TIME AND STAY AWAY. The first time I brought my truck in I was treated like a stupid woman by the greeters in the drop off line. I had an oil change and wanted a few things checked I was having issues on. I had to make an appointment to bring it back for certain specialists to look at it. I was sent a company survey and gave high marks to my service advisor but not to the greeters. They actually contacted me to see how to make it right. I told them the issues. They asked if I could revise my review on my survey as it reflects on the service advisor. I did. Then brought my truck in for the next scheduled appointment. They had it 4 days, never offered a complimentary vehicle but said I was on a list. They called for me to pick up. Came and was given no paperwork since my service advisor not there. Was told he would send it Monday when he got in. When picked up I could clearly see one of the issues still there yet I was told they found nothing. I also needed to reset my Ford app and no one in service knew how!!! We had to get out of vehicle and go hunt down a sales rep. Over a week after picking up I still had received nothing from service about what was done or inspected, which I needed so I could take to another dealer so they didn’t have to repeat tests. I contacted Nick and he finally sent paperwork, which says nothing more than what I had written as the issues I was having. There is nothing about what they did or what they found."
"I recently had an encounter with your dealership's service department that left much to be desired, both in terms of customer service and the overall professionalism exhibited by the staff. Despite scheduling an appointment well in advance and arriving 15 minutes early, my initial experience in the service drive was one of complete neglect. For a good 10 minutes, I was outright ignored, even after attempting to engage with several employees. My presence seemed invisible to the 5-10 staff members inside the service center, until I was finally acknowledged with a rather indifferent "Can I do something for you?" by the person at the desk. Following instructions to wait outside, I was left unattended for an additional period, only to be asked for my name and then told to wait yet again. The service advisor, Micki, eventually appeared some 20 minutes later but only to inform me that my car needed to stay overnight for diagnostics, providing minimal information and no guidance on amenities like the waiting area, nor offering alternatives for my transportation given my car’s nearly new condition. The lack of communication persisted over the next 48 hours, with my inquiries about the status of my vehicle being met with vague responses or outright silence. It took 72 hours and multiple attempts to get an update before I was finally told there were no issues found with my vehicle, a conclusion that seemingly took an inordinate amount of time to reach considering the diagnostic process involved. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, to say the least. It's disheartening to see such a lack of urgency and communication from a dealership, especially when dealing with what could have been a serious issue with a nearly new vehicle. The service department's handling of my appointment, from the initial lack of acknowledgment to the prolonged and uncommunicative diagnostic process, reflects poorly on the dealership's commitment to customer service and satisfaction. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive criticism to improve your service department's operations and customer engagement strategies. It's essential for customers to feel valued and informed, particularly when they entrust you with their vehicle's care and maintenance."
"I've been through the ringer with this place. I made a mistake with purchasing a vehicle here. NEVER EVER AGAIN! My service person Selim was always professional and did what he could, but the rest of the entire experience over and over and over and over was not good at all. Multiple trips back and forth in a loaner only to have more issues arise is not good. I was never made to feel as if I was a priority from the start. I had many issues with my truck that was never corrected the way it should have been resulting in me constantly bringing it back. The attitude I would feel was mediocre at best from employees and management. I bought two trucks in the past from Sarasota Ford and one from a Elder Ford. I never once had a bad experience at either locations. My wife purchased a new 2023 expedition from Elder Ford and also had a wonderful experience. I'm saying this to say I was the moron for choosing Autonation Ford after repeatedly being warned by others not to go there. I am still not satisfied and I've basically given up."
"Setting the appointment was extremely easy and quick. The number of appointment times available made it convenient for my busy schedule. Finally the service staff communicated clearly and made sound recommendations for the service that my car needed. best experience overall! I will return."
