"This place…saved us. After a few years of getting regular, but solid service, we knew we could trust Michelle and Alex. But this instance, I can’t put into words but to tell the story. Day of our move, truck battery dies randomly. We call Terrys Auto, they say- if you can’t get any help, give us a call and we’ll help you. Finally, 3 hours later, AAA arrives but says they can’t figure it out, tow trucks can’t be reached, but AAA can get it started. We take the truck over to Terry’s and the kindness of Michelle and Alex was just unbelievable. They fit us in in an hour, fix the battery, and after a 6 hour ordeal we are finally able to make the 14 hour drive to Cincinnati safely and on time for our movers. Can’t thank these two enough.
