"Dwight is the man. This is a bit overdue review. I am originally from NY. I was visiting a family on New Year Eve in Orlando for New Year celebration. After the party, I offered to drop off some of the workers who has helped them to set up the catering. This was 1:30 in the morning (AM!) and I was new in the area. As I entered in in complex from the incoming traffic gate (the main entrance gate had a chain and lock and no direction on where to go), I went over the spikes. Two of my tire popped off on the spot. My heart dropped. This was not the middle of the afternoon, it was the middle of the night ON A HOLIDAY!!! With mere luck, I went on google and started to search "24 hr tire service near me". Luckily I see 'On The Way Tire Services' as an option. The time now was 2:00 am. I called and Dwight answered the phone with sleepy tone. I could not believe someone actually answered the phone. As I described the issue, he asked for the tire size and put me on hold for about 2 minutes. He returned with the news that he has the tire. I asked him how to get this vehicle tow and bring to him, and he said he will come to me (it was getting better and better). It was all so good to be true. Well, guess what, Dwight showed up in 35 minutes (originally quoted within one hour). He changed both my tires, and balanced them, right on his utility truck (It was not a minivan or pick up truck, it was actually a professional utility truck). Middle of night, I had no cash, but he gladly accepted Zelle. I was home before 3:15 am. I don't ever remember experiencing this level of service before especially middle of night ON A HOLIDAY!!! Thanks a million Dwight. I would be a no brainer to not to use this guy. I could see he loved his newly build business with his whole heart."

"Thank Goodness for Mr. Dwight. I called him on a short notice while stranded and he came to my location literally in under 30 minutes. He didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. I was up and running in less than 20 minutes after he came to my location. Very polite and professional. He definitely gained a customer. Thank you much."
