"Bad customer service! I bought some spark plugs and they turned out to be the wrong ones! I brought them back for a refund but could not return them even though they were the wrong ones! When I tried to purchase some more an associate named Jessie shows me more spark plugs but some of them were for lawn mowers! I asked for spark plugs for an SUV!!!!! The next bad experience is when I was giving my information to an associate named Jessie, she turns the computer around and tells me to type it in myself! Another bad experience was when I came for an oil filter and it turned out to be the wrong one! They have a history of selling the wrong parts and some of they're attitudes are bad. Please teach and train the associates on how to treat customers and to look carefully when selling parts!!!"
