"I have gone to this store for almost 2 years now and only one employee who works Sunday mornings has told me, “ I can’t load cards without a manager”. Mind you I have worked for 7 eleven before, both for a franchise and corporate companies, and never have I had to have a manager present to load a card. Then I come back in later to load my card and ask if I can load my cash app and he wants to give me a slick comment with attitude. Then he goes on to giggle. I don’t appreciate this customer service. I will definitely be going to corporate. If you don’t want to do your job, don’t work there. And the attitude, very unnecessary and lucky that I didn’t call corporate sooner. I am always one to show respect and never disrespect anyone for no reason or even with a reason. But I am so dissatisfied that if I am to encounter this again with the same employee, I don’t think I would be so kind to his disrespect and honestly don’t understand why he is even allowed to work there after this being a regular thing for them. Next time I will not be so polite. Also the manager on the Sunday afternoons really needs to learn to speak about their guests disrespectfully with their employees. I have nothing against people trying to do their job, but neither of them showed an ounce of respect and thought it funny to talk badly about their guests too. This is a lack of professionalism and beyond me why they find it okay. I haven’t ever gone in and been rude, other then ask why he was unable to load the card which I wasn’t trying to disrespect him. Not only did they waste my time but also money and blatantly refused to take care of me. Luckily I am not wild so I held my tong in order to handle this situation properly."

"This is the nastiest 7 eleven i ever been to,their food is out dated and the place is dirty the lazy fat guy always claims that the bathroom is locked because its so filthy he always have a attitude with customers he got mad at a guy because he had to put out his cigarette to do his job. Please stop supporting businesses who dont care about keeping their store clean and food fresh. Code enforcement will be stopping by very soon."

"I’m on a road trip and made a quick stop to get something to drink, I walked to the refrigerator because I knew what I wanted, as I reached the refrigerator this older Indian guy come running over to see what I’m doing, so I look at him “like wt…” he then pretends he is on the phone, I put the drink back and walked out. I don’t know why my people support m like these."
