"terrible experience working with these guys - ask for rush service and then never pay --- I took these photos while working on their lot fixing their equipment. As a service contractor I do my own set of custom work which involves keeping shops running at full capacity but I'm sure they don't remember all of the vendors they screw over. The only time they called back (after multiple invoices, phone calls, and statements) was to request service to another piece of equipment. I'm not saying these guys don't pump out cool cars, as evidenced by my photos - but I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them, and will never be doing work for them again. You could have avoided negative publicity by paying your bill - but I am not going to pursue the hassle of small claims - for all the little guys save yourself the time and have them prepay or let someone else handle it."

"Terribly overpriced trucks with appalling customer service. The cars are pimped up but missing some key features (eg, sat nav/gps). I drive the car 5 days and it broke down. ECD would have nothing to do with it. Avoid at all cost. Can’t recommend another company since it is my first time buying an Explorer but avoid ECD: huge margins for them, zero ethics or customer concern"
