"FIRST time my windshield was tinted the area around the rear view mirror area was great except the tool / his squeegee used scratched the tint all over. Of course the owner blamed us saying we scratched it, but redid the tint anyways. THEN the SECOND time they redid the windshield tint it was done by someone else in the business. This time, no scratches but the area by the rear view mirror has glue residue that was tinted over. It’s been 2 weeks and looks the same. Side note the girl that tinted even said the scratches were from the squeegee. Today, I dropped my vehicle off after insisting they just make it right and I will NEVER return. I get a call that they will not be redoing it again and that it’s normal. Also that my Tahoe isn’t a good fit for tint on the windshield. WHAT???Then why take my money in the first place?? The owner was nasty to my husband for requesting a job to be done correctly as we are not new to tinting and this is trash. End result is the owner said come get my vehicle that he’s not doing it again and no refund. I’m not going back but my opinion will be heard. Well don’t prefer quality because if you have a problem with them they’ll tell you that you’re picky, and you’ll never be satisfied. In addition if you do not get legal tint then they know they can do you wrong because there’s no way to argue or file civil suit. We paid $420 and I had all windows tinted (6) total, the windshield was the only issue. Frustrating that if you question quality then you’re disrespected and have to just accept it and pay again to have it redone by another company that will make it right."

"A friend recommended this place as she has had all of her cars tinted here. I figured Saturday is probably the worst day for a walk-in but it was when I was free. I also planned on being there for most of the day. I was wrong. I was in and out in an hour. This was worth the drive, the anticipation of the wait and most definitely the money - which was a lot less than I thought it would be. This was a very comfortable space, the team working was very friendly and made me feel welcomed and at ease.
