"Another great service encounter with the Aamco team. I swung by this morning with my 2018 Honda Accord for a car checkup as I wanted to see what was needed for my car since I recently went over 72,000 miles. I was told by my dealership what I needed to take care of. I wanted the team at AAMCO opinion because they always take care of us in my best interest. So Left my car with them so they can look over my car. Within a hour they called back and suggested what was actually needed to be done. I said let go ahead and take care of what is needed at this point. They were able to fit me in today to get it taken care of. "This AAMCO is a first class operation with staff that actually cares about you and your vehicle. I thought I was having transmission problems with my 2012 Kia soul and the owner Phil told me to bring it in and they will do their due diligence and check it out. Shortly after I dropped it off I get a text message saying the transmission is fine but there is a combination of performance issues that needed to be taken care of along with photos of lots of corrosion on my battery… I had never had a tune up in 120,000 miles so after a few plugs, coils, terminals, gaskets, and cleaning the car runs better than I ever remember and they only used actual Kia parts as well… all cheaper than a whole new transmission. They kept me in the loop the whole time they were working on my vehicle as some of the parts took 2 days to get from Kia. In the end they were done earlier than expected. I also received a text and a phone call a couple of days later to check how everything was running and they even mailed me a handwritten thank you card. This AAMCO is without a doubt the only place I will take my vehicles to ever again."
