"Was happy with the scheduling process and them doing the full inspection of my car. However, the reason for 2 stars was when they told me it was done, I came back in to find out that the seat that I had asked them to inspect and the full detail I had asked for had not been completed, so now i have to go back another day for those items. Disapointed that it wasn't taken care of and overlooked."

"I was very pleased with the service from AutoNation Chevrolet. After newly purchasing my 2020 Equinox from Carvana, I noticed the car was driving weird. I brought it in to AutoNation where it was quickly diagnosed and repaired, replacing the turbo engine charger. It was replaced in less than a week and my advisor Tammy was on point, making sure to keep in communication with me. We must have spoken every other day until the vehicle was fixed!"

"I went to get a key replacement for a lost key fob. I received an additional transmitter. I had no idea it did not come with a key. I waited for over an hour just to find out it had no key attached to it. If I knew that the transmitter came without a key, I would have gotten the key. Things were not communicated well. I prefer the dealer on Colonial Dr. They front load you with all the information you need. I'm going back to the dealer on Colonial Dr next time I need something done!"

"January 4th was my second service appointment with Jeffrey. Check in was quick and he suggested the technician look over my vehicle in order to make recommendations for what service should be done along with the oil change. Three other services were recommended via text and Jeffrey was able to apply discounts to get me under my max out the door cost of $500. Jeffrey ensured my vehicle was returned clean and even noticed I had submitted a survey from my first appointment with him which qualified me for a tank of gas (which I needed).
