"i (19 female with my 17 yr old brother) went in to look at furniture. while looking at the back desk and chair section, an older lady employee (older, blonde maybe 50s-60s) came up to us and asked us to leave. at first me and my brother looked at each other like… what? so i say “excuse me?” and she explains that we “could go ahead and leave because we’re kids.” now… we were so confused. we hadn’t touched anything but a chair we wanted to buy and a desk. and we were being asked to leave? i laughed and explained that we weren’t kids. i’m an adult and just with my little brother. i was highkey offended and we left soon after. not giving them my money LOL. just so strange. hope your life gets better lady."

"Edit: Staff was sarcastic and rude at the checkout to not only me but also 2 other customers when we each had a question. Not just a little-- VERY rude. One customer was insulted by this female employee at the first register because she didn't know where the carts were located, which is a fair question because they are hiding outside AND behind a wall which I always found to be odd and very inconvenient in the first place. She also did not package up my ceramic pots with paper to protect them from scratches, which has always been standard practice here until now. My brand new flower pots were scratched up when I got home as a result of being stacked together with no protection. I also noticed that one of my large glazed flower pots was cracked badly inside (manufacturing flaw) which speaks to the quality control and product quality of this store. Their prices aren't worth the stress that this employee sends customers home with. I don't want to go back so much because of the behavior of their long-term employees that I would rather stay away, keep the scratched and cracked flower pots, and never support this business again. There are TONS of other home stores in the area anyway. Previous: Okay deals. Cute decor items. Only one style of patio cushions unfortunately so we couldn't get what we came to buy."

"We used to go to the one in Ft Myers but after discovering this one, we liked it so much more. It is so much more organized with merchandise attractively presented and we always find something we needed. There are designated clearance sections with super bargains and pretty much everything you could want. If Christmas tree shop, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Home Goods had a baby, it would be Old Time Pottery"

"As always a shopping pleasure! Went in there looking for an item did not find the item but the associate did help me look for it although she thought she didn't sell the item. That was very sweet of her!"

"Well this was my first time here and I didn't really enjoy stepping over trash to go in the front door. They have a very good selection of home decor and pottery type items. However, everything seemed to be between 15 and 25% too expensive. It's a good place to go and get ideas and then hit the discount stores and buy the knockoffs at half the price."
