"Very unhappy with the customer service and job done. This shop is clearly trying to make a quick buck through dishonest service. Brought a vehicle in for an estimate, they charged me $55 to tell me I needed a new front end. When I asked for a print out they said “I just told you”. I brought the vehicle to six other local mechanics shops who all did a free estimate and said Tom’s shouldn’t have charged. I had $4000 of work done elsewhere. The way they spoke to me / treated me left me feeling angry and like I had been taken advantage of. I would recommend other people go elsewhere as there are actually good mechanics in the area."
