"HONEST, UPFRONT, RELIABLE, TOP QUALITY PRODUCTS, PERFECT SERVICE, ON TIME. Cory and Chad at Relax the Back delivered to a tee at every level with our new Cozzia massage chair. Cory helped me save hundreds of dollars and Chad walked me through all my options. Our massage chair was delivered early, with care, and is exactly what we had hoped for. When shopping at another brand “Relax” store I was met with high prices and not as friendly service, not to mention, I was told to book a 1 hour appointment. I walked into Orlando’s Number One Massage Chair store Relax the Back and it was like Cory and Chad didn’t want me to leave, I tried each chair for as long as I wanted to, without any pressure to buy, without the pre-qualifying questions, nothing, just honest quality non judgy take as long as you need service. They even tried to suggest less expensive chairs with similar features in an effort to save me money. Who does that? I’ll tell you, only honest, customer first sales people like Cory and Chad. Excellent experience all around, I will definitely recommend this store to my friends, family, and neighbors. Next time I need a chair, office chair, massage chair, bed, or anything they offer, I’ll head straight to this store.
