"The first thing I did before loving forward with company was asked for pricing . The company stated in order to give pricing the vehicle must be seen. This company stated he will take car of me no problem- no price given. When the company arrive in an older suv with a trailer to tow my car from the dealer- meanwhile I just purchased Triple A there was no reason for his tow assistance but due to lack of communication from the company. This company charged $180 for towing from bartow to lake Alfred. Issues- my issues were spark plugs and a fuel injector with value cover replacement that was diagnosed at the dealers. This company wanted to charge 2700 for the service. I chose to decline the quote and service as I felt the pricing was too much so I advised the company that I am choosing to not move forward with service. When I came to pickup the car, the shop REFUSED to start the vehicle, when I asked a young tech there that was able to speak English , why ? he stated they didn’t want to make the car worst. Before I left with the car, I lift the hood, immediately I recognized my engine cover was missing and parts and pieces were not placed back to its original state. When I asked questions about the car , they insisted it was like this when picked up from the dealer. My dealer always placed my vehicle engine cover on after servicing my vehicle as of course it’s from the dealer and they are trained to do so. I found the engine cover of my jeep in the back of my car. The techs never provided additional information as to if there were more issues to the vehicle. The refused to talk to me and gave me the cold shoulder. The techs made me feel so uncomfortable , and acted soo suspicious. I didn’t understand anything as most of the techs spoke Spanish only. Due to this company lack of responses ,and how they handled me, and refused to provide information about the vehicle, I felt it was best to contact law enforcement in order to gain proper information. When law enforcement arrive a incident report made, they refused to provide an estimate, and told me to utilize the information via text message which was not much as I had to utilize my friend as a translator and text message was inconsistent with what was being communicated verbally. I felt as if this company retaliated again me because I refused to move forward with the service. My original mechanic has advised me that my compression in value 2 and 3 is completely gone. I regretted that I came to this location. It was a waste of time, poor service, no ethics, and poor communication. I am sure the company will try to flush this review out with plenty of good reviews but this is my experience as customer . I will never place foot back here and it disgusting that this company takes advantage of people like this. Oh well life moves on."

"They were a lifesaver when we broke down traveling through the area. Our starter went out and they were able to get it replaced that afternoon for a good price, even staying to finish the work after they were supposed to be closed for the day. Very friendly and easy to work with."

"This is the best mechanic in the area hands down. There’s nowhere else for miles that will give you a better price. He is super friendly,answers phones immediately,and does a really good job on the cars.Im definitely going to be returning here instead of wasting money and gas somewhere else. "I bought a car from this guy for $2800 and the transmission is bad I reached out to him the day after he sold me the car and he came and got the car kept it for 2 weeks only to return it with the same problem instead of just giving me a refund like I requested I’m a single mother with 2 kids and now I’m out of $2800 and still no vehicle because I can’t afford to fix the transmission. I trusted this guy to sale me a good car and he got over on me I would never recommend them for anything !!!!"
