"I went there for a simple tire change from running over a nail and they completely destroyed one of my lug nuts using the wrong socket to get the rim off the car. I’ve tried calling the store several times to speak to a manager and have left messages and No one has called me back. I even emailed and called the customer service department and I took it a step further and emailed the CEO and VP. NO ONE is calling me back and it’s been over two weeks. I am riding on a damaged tire putting myself and others on the road at risk because of pep boys negligence and I’ve been to several different shops to see if they could remove the rim and they cannot. Not even the dealership. Avoid this place at all costs."

"This place went above and beyond for me with my tire issue. They really didn’t have to do much, except within their jobs, but they just excelled as genuine and good people. Completely fixed the issue physically and made my day better. Highly recommend."

"Double charged for an oil changed. Hands down the worst car service my husband has had in his life. They said they would do an inspection he told them the issue he was having, but when the car was ready he was told to bring it back tomorrow for an inspection, but then the person checking him out said they didn’t do an inspection but it’s nothing major, just bring it back tomorrow for sure. . There’s coolant everywhere. They did not rotate his tires and there is a random misc fee. Do not give this place business. Messy and unprofessional"

"I asked them to look at my A/C and my valve cover because my cover had 2 screws that had no tread on them and it was causing an oil leak. The guy said he can see if they can retread it for me or seal it up. Later he told me that it was just my dip stick that was leaking oil and it’s no longer leaking oil. I told him it’s not going to leak oil if it’s not being driven because it’s only leaking oil through the valve cover. He just kept telling me that it was the dip stick. I ask him what should I do if it keeps leaking oil, and he kinda gave me a shrug. When I got home oil was sprayed all over my car. It’s really annoying when I have to tell someone over and over this is the problem and they don’t seem to get it. The only reason I am even giving them a star is because that’s the lowest I can go and they diagnosed my A/C. But I will not be coming here for my A/C service, I will go somewhere where they listen to me when I say this is the problem."
