"We found ourselves in the Davenport area when our NY Ford Explorer needed 25K Service. The online appointment could not have been easier to make. It was scheduled for a few days from then, and they kept in constant contact reminding us. We arrived at a covered service area, handed the keys off, watched some TV, read, and had a coffee. They texted me with recommendations that could be approved or not. We were out in less than 90 minutes. All service team members were courteous, helpful, and friendly.
