"Sam was extremely helpful and professional! We had car problems to where we would have had to get a tow to a local mechanic as the car was not drivable. However we found Sam and he was able to come to us and save us from coordinating a tow service. Sam was able to diagnose the problem as well as fix the car all within an hour. During the test drive to make sure the car was operating smoothly, we realized that the a/c was not working. Sam took extra time to try and diagnose the separate a/c issue while he was still onsite. Sam pin-pointed the issue to the compressor, which he mentioned he could replace for us the following day once he ordered the part. The following day we drove our car to Sam for him to replace the compressor. Upon removing the compressor, Sam identified that he was able to fix the existing compressor, which saved us $$$.
