There were many quality issues with the new cabinet manufacturer, which led to some installation issues. However, Gayle (the manager) was very responsive and eager to fix any installation issues to the best of her ability in a very professional manner. She even provided some comps to make up for my trouble. She was instrumental in holding the manufacturer accountable for their defects and helped in the resolution of their defects. I had many other defects in my home and Gayle was the best person to work with, especially compared to all the other people I dealt with."
