"Andy Butler was rude and lacks customer service skills. I was interested in a digital piano and asked a couple questions regarding the condition of the piano (keys and storage conditions). Questions that any person who plays pianos would ask before purchasing a second hand piano. I was rudely told “Question time is over you can see you at 741 Tildenville School Rd., Winter Garden 34787”. I responded with “I live in New Smyrna so that’s a long drive for me”. Am I wrong for wanting to know the conditions of the piano before making the trek out there? 50 mi one way. He replied “shop local”. Thank you for showing your true colors, Andy. Great business owners provide equally great customer service to all, regardless of background or location."

But this time the lady was quite rude and spent most of her time on her iPad and acted like we was a bother and didn’t want to deal with us. She didn’t make us feel welcomed or invited. Will not be going back. We were planning on buying something but we left unhappy."
