"This place is hit or miss for my personal style but the shop itself is always clean, organized and the staff is kind and helpful. The pricing is fair and they always seem to have sales going on."

"I was interested in a piece of wall art that was only available at this store. Since that location is a little far for me I called to ask if they happened to transfer merchandise between stores. The lady that answered was very nice and said yes, that they could send the merchandise to another store. She was about to help me with the order but had to place me on hold. Antother not so nice sales person answered sounding very negative since the beginning of the conversation. She contradicted the other sales person that had initially answered and said that they don't normally transfer merchandise. I had provided them with sku number information and they never mentioned that the product wasn't available. The websited showed they had it available at that store. They were not able to transfer the product so I decided to purchase the item and do the drive even though it was far for me. I placed the order and was waiting for confirmation to pick up item. However, I got a message saying that my order was cancelled and item not available. At no point was I told that the product was not available. Sounds more to me like someone was upset I didn't like her attitude and just cancelled the order. Very bad customer service at this location."

"Wish they had a bigger selection of different styles. Seems to all be one style of decor besides seasonal and maybe you’ll find something different if you’re lucky. Overheard the employees gossiping about a customer who was shopping. I do believe they profile customers. Younger ladies that seem to have an attitude with just a glance. Sad to see the store change in a negative way. Used to love coming here and being greeted with a smile!"
