"I recently had the pleasure of trying Sub-Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream for the first time, and I was absolutely blown away! The concept is so cool (literally!): they use liquid nitrogen to flash-freeze the ice cream right in front of you, which creates the smoothest, creamiest ice cream I've ever tasted.I had the cookies and cream flavor, and it was so good. The cookies were perfectly chunky, and the ice cream was so rich and flavorful. I also loved watching the ice cream being made - it was like a mini science experiment! If you're looking for a truly unique and delicious ice cream experience, I highly recommend Sub-Zero. It's definitely worth the splurge!"

"Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream is easily one of the coolest ice cream spots I’ve ever visited. If you’re wanting dessert with a show, this is it! It’s so neat seeing the big fog of nitrogen gas flow over the counter when they instantly freeze the ice cream! If you’re not sure what places mean when they have “nitrogen ice cream”, they essentially have a liquid cream, add a flavor, add any toppings you want, and then instantly freeze it to create ice cream. Sub Zero has regular-fat cream, low-fat, and dairy-free, and has tons of different flavors to choose from (vegan and gluten free options as well) - lots of toppings to choose between at the end of it all. You could come here 100 times and try a different combination every time, and most importantly, the ice cream tastes REALLY good! We got huckleberry and cinnamon, and both flavors were strong and tasted very fresh and real! It was awesome! All in all, this is a great place to visit if you have a sweet tooth and you’re in this area of Wesley Chapel. Kids will love it!!"

"Really yummy treats!! My best friend took me there after dinner at Blaze Pizza. The ice cream was wonderful! Best I've had in a long time. The experience of watching them create my ice cream choice was pretty amazing from liquid to perfectly frozen treat in just a few minutes. Just watching the amazing person who froze my choice to perfection blew my mind. This establishment should allow tips to these hard working employee's! My wrists ached watching her scrape that bowl vigorously to perfection over and over as the line got longer. Totally worth the trip to find them and pay a visit!"

"I would not recommend coming here. Honestly saw people walking by it and really wanted to tell them to not waste their money. The Italian Ice was half watery and half solid upon receiving it. The ice cream just looked sad. We were so disappointed with both in terms of texture and flavor. You’re better off going anywhere else because there was nothing special about it. I’ve had liquid nitrogen ice cream at multiple locations and none of them ever came out the way the ones I’ve seen today. The two staff members that made it looked like they were forced to be there. Neither looked like they cared for what they’re doing… hence the results. One couldn’t wait to leave his shift that was from 1-4. He practically sprinted out of there. Additionally, today, their credit card machine was down, so they only accept cash. I should have taken that as the universe warning us to not try the place."
