"Bought a Battery Minder at Battery Boys for my 1 year old electric golf cart I just bought and hooked it up myself at home. My batteries wouldn’t charge and the Minder showed the batteries at almost no charge. I called Battery Boys and they sent a tech to my home. He determined I had the minder connected to the wrong terminal and he connected it properly. He also installed a plug for the Minder to make connecting easier and he topped off the batteries with distilled water. The tech said they would contact me to let me know what I owe. The owner called to say no charge!!! Great service, great people."
