"great and prompt service. Took my 2014 Gt500 tires which have expensive 3 piece wheels. The shop across the street had damaged one of the valve stems. Action gator not only swapped all 4 tires but did it without damaging the valve stems and wheels. They take appointments and actually get you in on the appointment time. Bring you car here! 2/19/2024 Brought my 2022 Mach 1 for alignment and wheel swap. Spoke to Howard and he was great. I had some specific alignment requests and Howard and Team were able to deliver. I was able to walk in, and they were able to finish this in about 2 hours. This location had technicians that understand custom alignment specs. Not many shops have the knowledge and will into align to OEM. I highly recommend this location."

"I called for an appointment to check out a leak in my tire.I was greeted on the phone by a very amiable person named Rich who told me to come in early and they'd take care of my tire. When I arrived, I was welcomed by 2 additional employees who were very pleasant and eager to assist, Howard and Joe. I found Rich and he was, again, very good-natured, keeping me informed of the ongoing process until all was accomplished. I thought the cost of the service was fair, the amount of time it took from beginning to end reasonable. The place is clean and accommodating with plenty of tables/chairs if you care to wait. "Came here in hopes to get an alignment because their sister location sent us here since our van is lowered and they have the ground machine. Both employees looked at the van and said “oh, thats not gonna work, its too low” without even trying. (My husband has used the same machine in our van at the place he used to work, but its too far from us now, so we knew they could do it, they just didn’t even want to try) Don’t waste your time here!
