"I live in The Villages. It will be 2 years ago this coming May that I bought a new ICON golf cart in Clearwater, Fl. Since that time Bradley's golf cart sales in Wildwood Fl. had opened. Last August I started having problems with my batteries not holding a charge. I contacted Bradley and took them in to be tested. They tested within parameters. I had noticed a terminal nut was loose. I explained this and we thought that might be the issue. They charged the batteries and I put them back in. That still did not solve the issue. I contacted Bradley again and explained the ongoing issue. I took them back to him and he provided loaners while waiting on mine to come in. Without any further ado, Bradley contacted the manufacturer and got me new batteries. Upon receiving the new batteries, it was noticed one looked as if it had been dropped. The negative terminal was crushed in. He immediately got another new one. My cost was $0. No proration. I for one am very pleased with the service and cooperation that I received from Bradley Golf Carts. That is where I will take my cart for any future service needs. J. McLain"

"I bought my golf car in another state before I moved down to Florida. When I had problems with it recently Bradley picked up my cart and had it back to me in just a few days. The prices are very fair and his team is knowledgeable. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I would definitely recommend this business for any golf cart needs you may have. "I went in a few days ago and Bradley and Shannon were very knowledgeable. I had been shopping around and was not ready to buy now. Knowing that they both welcomed me, answered all of my questions and carried on conversation. Other dealerships couldn't be bothered knowing I was not buying that day. They both made me feel so comfortable that I ended up leaving with a new golf cart! They were honest, got me financed that day and went above and beyond both before during and after the sale. Don't waste your time with anyone else, I'm a customer for life!"

"This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. My Icon golf cart is under warranty so I had no choice in where to take it for repair. When I asked them not to pick it up until they were ready to diagnose the problem they assured me they would look at it that day. When I tried calling the next day I could only leave a voice mail. They did not return my call. I called the third day and after 3 or 4 tries They answered the phone. Again They assured me They would call me right back with an update. Of course they didn’t call. After 6 days I finally got my cart repaired. It had bad batteries which the company replaced (no charge to me for the batteries) and I was charged $432.00 for pickup ,delivery, labor and taxes. To add to my problem they took my credit card information over the phone and overcharged my $200. I had to call them to get my $200 refunded."

"I had to deal with an issue recently and was really impressed with how Bradley's Golf Carts handled it. Everyone there showed amazing professionalism and kindness. When they picked up our cart, the staff member didn't even wait for us to ask; he just apologized and explained the trouble and extended a thoughtful gesture for our next visit. This kind of service is exactly why we keep going back to Bradley's. Their focus on making sure customers are happy must be why they're rated so highly.
