"While traveling thru Florida, we experienced a "Reduced Engine Power" msg with a check engine light. We took our 2021 Buick Encore in for evaluation. In all fairness, I arrived at the dealer after 11am. So my vehicle was put in line for the next morning. Just after noon I rcvd a call saying the problem (a broken wire) was repaired. You folks got is back on the road in relatively quick fashion. Staff was courteous and attentive. I would recommend this location to anybody who needs their vehicle serviced."

"Service did a great job on the repair. My issue is that when I was sold the car I was offered a warranty that was for just a couple of years but I'd be paying for the warranty for years beyond that. I declined that warranty and then was told about one that would cover the car for at least 5 years. I agreed to that warranty. The service department told us the warranty was done at 92,000 miles. Not what I was expecting. Not happy I was lied to by the salesperson."
