"My truck needed basically a complete exhaust set up, (x pipe installed, true dual to the back, whole exhaust welded) Ivan did an amazing job with the welds, the placing of the pipes and it sounds absolutely amazing and not one single exhaust leak. Before I brought the truck to them I was told (by BNA) it was going to be almost impossible, when I came here Ivan immediately went to business and got it done like a walk in a park. "The employees at “Muffler Man” acted like They knew exactly what the issue with my car was THE FIRST day it was in the shop, after being told it was fixed, picked it up and it had a loud rattling noise so I was instructed to bring it back where I was told a “heat shield” was loose. The same day of me picking it up my check engine Light came back on. Next day dropped my car back off at 8 am where I was told “they would try and figure it out”. Finally got a call to pick up my vehicle at 2:30 and was told they did what they could and that if my check engine light came back on “ not to worry about it, and just ignore it”. Needless to say my light came back on the same day. So 600$ later my check engine light is still on on my car now has a horrible vibration when in idle. Also they CUT MY FRONT Catalytic CONVERTER COMPLETELY OUT(they took it/stole it) without telling me and welded a pipe in place of converter! WHICH IS ILLEGAL TO DO IN FLORIDA!!! (See pics) Absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND! Don’t waste your time or money!! They will rob you."
